Embryo Freezing

After your IVF cycle you may have embryos remaining.  In some cases if the embryos are of good quality they maybe suitable for embryo freezing (cryo-preservation) once frozen, embryos can remain in storage for many years without any deleterious effects.  Embryo freezing has many benefits in particular those patients considering elective single embryo transfer.  Our pregnancy rates following frozen embryo replacement are amongst the highest in the country.  Freezing may not be suitable for all patients and our embryology team will discuss this with you on an individual basis.
