Egg Donation Programme

We have a very successful egg donation programme for patients when a suitable donor is available.  A donor should ideally be under the age of 35 and have at least one healthy child.  All recipients and donors are carefully medical screened and meet with our counsellors to discuss ethical, emotional, social and legal implications of their decision.  Unfortunately the number of egg donors in the United Kingdom is very small.  We do not have a waiting list of people prepared to offer their eggs for donation and therefore couples seeking this form of treatment must find their own donor.  Success rates are directly linked to the age of the donor.
